Training 6 days a week is awesome for 2 reasons: You want to train the majority of your body parts twice a week You simply love going to the gym and have more time to dedicate to bodybuildingas a hobby If you have to have another workout every weekday and another bodybuilding show then it's more than likely that you need to get the 5K workout in each and every week, bulking 6 days a week! That said, I would like to give an overview on how to follow up a 5K workout with more strength and conditioning work, Bench press. 5K Progressions For those who don't know what to work on during a 5K, here are the recommended progression for you: 5K progressions should be done in a relatively long and controlled fashion in order to ensure proper results.
